Advantech Automotive is an auto repair shop in McHenry County, and has been servicing McHenry county and the surrounding areas since 2008. Having been in our current location for nearly 10 years, we are easily accessible to get to. We are conveniently located at 541 Jennings Dr. Unit A-4 in Lake in the Hills, close to the intersection of Pyott Road and James R. Rakow Road.

Customer Service

Advantech was founded upon the principles of giving our customers excellent service at a reasonable price. We have over 30 years of experience working professionally on all things automotive and engine related including foreign and domestic vehicles, watercrafts, diesel and heavy equipment, trailer outfitting and wiring, hitches, custom car building and tuning, and restorations. We pride ourselves on being able to work on just about anything with a motor or an engine, including motorcycles, jet skis, snow blowers, snow mobiles, and ATVS.

We also pride ourselves in being different from most shops in how we interact with our customers. We work personally with our customers to make educated decisions on their vehicle repairs and the best course of action to provide them with the service they came in for. It is important to us that our customers are safe in their vehicles and that their vehicle will reliably get them to where they need and want to go.

We are vigilant about education and take the time needed to learn about new technology so we are able to repair even the newest vehicles with the most cutting-edge technology and craftsmanship. We understand that our customers need their vehicles back as soon as possible so we take appointments so when they come in for service, they do not have to wait a week before we even look at the problem and then have to wait longer for their parts to come in. We are qualified to work on all makes and models of cars, even if they are still under factory warranty.
